Pleasant Grove Baptist Church

Please join our team of intercessors on Thursdays at noon in room #121. The prayer team is meeting in this beautiful new prayer room to pray with and for others.

The invitation is open to both sexes and all ages, to those people who want to know more about prayer, and who want to grow together as we participate in prayer.

We need all who feel called to this ministry!! It will involve a small amount of time, but will definitely make a difference in the life of our church, our families and our community. Please come and join us for a time of prayer in the sanctuary each Thursday at noon. (You will not have to pray aloud.)

Prayer is to be both private and public -- in the closet alone and in agreement (unity) with fellow believers. 
Why pray? Because JESUS did!
We pray to the Father, in the Name of JESUS, through the power of the Holy Spirit, according to the Word of God.

"Couldn't you watch and pray with Me one hour?" (Matthew 26:41)
Revivals in history have always been preceded by prayer.  Satan doesn't care how many people read about prayer and hear sermons on prayer or read prayer lists -- if only he can get them to be too busy to pray!

• Personal and family situations
• National Election and revival
• Those in authority in our homes, schools, churches & government
• Spiritual Leaders & for renewal
• Serenity, courage, strength & wisdom
• The sick, weak, lost and dying
• The Intercessory Prayer Team
